The location was great very close to city centre.

It is also conveniently located near bus stops and a tube station, making it easy to get around the city. The apartment is clean, modern, and spacious, providing ample room for relaxation.

Some guests have mentioned issues with the check-in process, including having to wait outside the apartment and confusion about key collection.

Fantastic central location, close to attractions, shops, and popular pizza chains. Modern and clean apartment with great contact from key holder. Spacious with comfortable beds. Nearby amenities include a well-stocked supermarket and a great coffee place. Dishwasher provided.

The fully equipped kitchen with a microwave was a lifesaver during my stay. I felt like a master chef whipping up delicious meals effortlessly. It's safe to say I could have given Gordon Ramsay a run for his money!

It was conveniently located close to nice restaurants and had easy access to public transport. the area of Pimlico/Victoria was a great place to stay in. the apartment itself was spacious with two bedrooms and a full bathroom in the basement, and a spacious living room and kitchen on the first floor. the bathroom and kitchen were clean, and it was a bonus to have a washing machine available for use. it provided enough space for our family of four and we were satisfied with our stay. Cons: Can honestly say there wasn't anything not to like 😊.

I absolutely loved the decoration of the hotel. It was elegant and had a charming vintage feel that reminded me of my younger years. The general areas, such as the lobby and breakfast area, were beautifully maintained and welcoming. As a senior, I really appreciated that the hotel had easy accessibility. The hallways and elevator were spacious, making it easy for me to navigate with my walking stick.

I would ask for better lighting in the hallways, especially at night, to ensure the safety of senior guests. The children working there were helpful, but it would have been nice to have more staff available to assist with luggage and any additional needs we had.

The location was absolutely incredible! We had the best time exploring the area and there were so many amazing restaurants nearby. The easy access to public transport made getting around a breeze. The apartment itself was perfect for our group of four, with separate bedrooms for privacy. The bathroom and kitchen were clean and having a washing machine was a game-changer. a super comfortable and convenient stay!

Great location: The apartment was conveniently located near a 24-hour bus stop, making it easy to access central London and all its attractions. Easy access to Victoria Station: The proximity to Victoria Station was a major plus, as it made it convenient for us to catch trains and explore different parts of the city.- Spacious and comfortable: The apartment offered plenty of space for our group of five. We had decent-sized rooms and a good number of toilets, which was great for our comfort and convenience.

Check-in process: We followed the arrival instructions provided, but when we arrived at the designated location to collect the keys, there was nobody there. We had to call and wait for 20 minutes before we were let into the apartment, which was quite frustrating with children and luggage.
